Roger rescued my shower. Three years ago we replaced a fiberglass shower with a pretty tile one. The man that we contracted to do the work sent his subs to do the job. Hired another person to fix the mess, but unfortunately that didn't work out as planned either. Roger and his crew came in and after taking the lower half of the shower apart layer by layer, I have a beautiful functional shower that doesn't leak and can be used with confidence. This Handyman has done 5 or 6 jobs for me since I moved into my house in 2013. He has always done great work, he is always punctual and does his work in a reasonable amount of time. Wow! Roger and his crew are amazing! We hired them to do a kitchen and living room remodel for my mother in law. They kitchen had previously been started by my father in law, who was a remodeler as well, but was unable to finish the job before he passed away. He had a vision and planned on using cabinets that counters that had been used in another kitchen. Roger came in and bid the job with careful consideration. Once the crew started the remodel, they were efficient with their time with everyday being an exciting reveal of their hard work. Roger was the project manager for a huge renovation we did on our home. He and his crew knocked down walls, placed a beam, added lights and windows, raised a sunken living room, completely renovated our kitchen and master shower, and added a walk-in closet to our bedroom. We engaged Roger after having difficulty finding contractors who were reliable or who we felt we could trust. He led the project to replace all our counter-tops with quartz with a custom tile backsplash, replace kitchen lighting, repair/re-texture/repaint 4 ceilings, tile our laundry room floor, oven and cook-top replacement, and a demanding/complicated externally vented kitchen island vent-hood installation. The work is all top-notch, but more importantly, Roger communicates very clearly, and he is dead reliable. He and his guys show when they say the will, they do the work planned for the day, and tell you the plan for the next day. His level of professionalism is practically unheard of and unseen in today's contracting world. We had a couple of supplier challenges along the way that caused some delays and rescheduling, but it was all handled well. His prices are more than fair, and he stands behind his work and the work of his subs (plumbers, counter fab) 100%. As soon as I recover financially from this project, I plan to engage Roger England for our bathroom remodels. He's my new go-to for all my work that is too big for me to do on my own. We have called on Roger and his crew for paint and general remodeling services over the last 15 years. Last month we called on him for a renovation of a bath and re-painting of master bedroom and bath. Each time, some drywall repair was required, as well. When I couldn't find anyone experienced in installing 'peel & stick' wallpaper, Roger came to the rescue and did a great job. I wish I had taken more “before” pictures because the work that Roger and his crew did was so amazing you’d have no idea how bad it was before! I can't say enough about how grateful I am to Roger and his team. I had a troublesome leak that caused damage to the inside of my house. No one cold find the root cause (five separate companies attempted to "fix" the issue, but after their efforts the leak still persisted as soon the rain started falling). Until Roger came over. He trouble shooted the issue, made the adjustments he could make, referred me to some trusted specialists he's worked with for some specialty work, kept following up with me about progress/satisfaction with those other sources, and came back several times to repair the interior damage after all was resolved. We had a very challenging task to to turn one of the upstairs bedrooms into a master suite. We added a second bathroom with garden tub and a large walk-in closet.
